G-ordon features
Features
From the office to the field, then from the field back to the office
Plan, execute, report, analyse: G-ordon brings the office and technicians together on a single platform, with or without a signal, whatever your line of work.
One platform to organise, execute and track every field job, whatever your line of work: the office and the technicians work from the same information. Each feature below fits into this cycle.
Plan
Create jobs one at a time or by the thousand, build the schedule with your mouse and send each technician their day.
Execute
Technicians work as usual, with or without a signal: guided form, annotated photos, sketches, signature.
Report
The job report becomes a report in your organisation’s format, and the data flows into your information system.
Analyse
Dashboards, the history of every job, exports: management is based on what actually happened in the field.

- 90M requests processed per year
- 20,000+ logins per month
- 1 in 3 exchanges sent from the field app
- 70 GB of field data received in one month
Measurements from the logs of the G-ordon production platform, all customers combined, from October 2025 to September 2026. Rounded values. Different users per day: all customer platforms combined.
