In the field, the technician fills in a guided form, designed for their trade, in the mobile app.

Visit notices that are always right

A job changes date? G-ordon replaces the visit notice. It is cancelled? It withdraws it. Letters linked to the job follow the same path: customers are never notified in error, and nobody has to chase versions.

A visit campaign produces dozens of reports. Rather than sending them one by one, select them and do a bulk send:

as a ZIP archive, one file per report;
as a single merged PDF, handy to pass on or print.

Can we keep our own report templates?

Yes. Reports are built from your Word templates: layout, logo, legal notices. They are produced in Word or PDF, in your organisation’s format.

Does the job report need to be retyped in the office?

No. The report is produced from what the technician entered in the field, photos and signature included, by G-ordon Almanach, G-ordon’s document generation tool.

What happens to the visit notice if the job is moved?

G-ordon replaces it, or withdraws it if the job is cancelled. Letters linked to the job follow the same path.

Can job reports flow into our information system?

Yes. The data can be exported to Excel or CSV, and G-ordon’s REST API lets your information system retrieve it. See integrations.
