Confirmation text message, then reminders three days, two days and the day before the appointment.
Room by room
A condition grid for each item, annotated photos and comments, even with no signal.
Signed on site
The tenant and the officer sign on screen; an absent signatory is catered for.
The landlord's report
The final document is produced from your templates, in Word or PDF.
A property inventory means an appointment to keep, a home to describe without missing anything, and a document that both tenant and landlord must be able to read with confidence. G-ordon supports the whole process, from booking the appointment to the signed report.
The form fits your trade, not the other way round.
Appointments arrive on their own
Inventories to be carried out don’t need to be re-keyed. G-ordon can work with your housing management software, for example to receive every night the appointments to be scheduled.
In the office, the manager places each appointment on the officer’s schedule, taking their time constraints into account. G-ordon suggests the slots that add the fewest kilometres to their day. See job scheduling.
The tenant notified, then reminded
A missed appointment costs a trip and a new slot. The tenant receives a confirmation text message, then reminders three days, two days and the day before the appointment: they forget neither the date nor the keys.
Room by room, on phone or tablet
On site, the officer goes through the home room by room in the field app.
- A condition grid for each item: walls, floors, fittings.
- Annotated photos to pinpoint a defect.
- Comments where a rating isn’t enough.
- A scale sketch of the home if needed, with G-Plan.
- The home linked to its asset record, with its visit history.
Cellar, basement, building with poor coverage: the inventory is carried out with no signal and syncs when the connection returns.
Signed on site, reported in the landlord’s format
At the end of the visit, the tenant and the officer sign on screen. If the tenant is absent, the form caters for it.
The inventory report is produced from your Word templates, in Word or PDF, with the room-by-room details, photos and signatures. No more paper files to scan or reports to retype: see job reports.
Designed for social landlords
