A documented REST API

In OpenAPI format, in JSON: the same API as our own screens, with the same permission checks.

Imports in common formats

CSV, Excel, JSON, and GeoJSON or WKT for geolocated assets.

Standard exports

Excel, CSV, Word, PDF, ZIP and GeoJSON: your data goes wherever you need it.

Webhooks, as an option

Your applications are notified as soon as a job is created or modified.

Isolated field service software means guaranteed double entry. G-ordon fits into your existing information system, with no proprietary lock-in: a documented REST API, standard imports and exports and, as an option, notifications to your applications.

01

A documented REST API, the same as our screens

The REST API is G-ordon’s single point of entry. The office and the field app use it like any authorised system: every function available on screen relies on the same services and the same permission checks.

  • Documented in OpenAPI format, so your teams or your integrator can find their way around quickly.
  • JSON exchanges, encrypted over HTTPS.
  • Read and write: your information system creates jobs in G-ordon and retrieves what happened in the field.
02

Imports and exports in standard formats

No in-house format to learn: G-ordon speaks the formats your tools already know.

  • Imports: CSV, Excel and JSON for jobs and assets, GeoJSON and WKT for geometries.
  • Exports: Excel, CSV, Word and PDF documents, ZIP archives, and GeoJSON for on-site wastewater treatment plans.
  • Shapefile: export is planned for the end of 2026.
Data comes into G-ordon as CSV, Excel, JSON, GeoJSON or WKT, and goes out as Excel, CSV, Word, PDF, ZIP or GeoJSON; Shapefile is coming by the end of 2026ImportCSVExcelJSONGeoJSONWKTG-ordonYour dataExportExcelCSVWordPDFZIPGeoJSONShapefileend 2026

Connectors ready for your tools

Connectors already exist, as options, for the tools our customers use most:

  • ARAVIS and DUNE, ERPs for social landlords;
  • Dolibarr, ERP and CRM;
  • Microsoft Outlook, to see schedules in your calendar, and Microsoft SharePoint;
  • Topkapi, for telemetry, and WM-Bus, for radio and remote meter reading.

Your tool isn’t on the list? Custom development, through the API or files, can be scoped with you.

04

What G-ordon can exchange with your tools

Through the API, imports, exports and webhooks, G-ordon can work with an organisation’s main tools:

  • ERP and billing: retrieving contracts and customers, sending completed jobs back for billing.
  • GIS: importing geolocated assets, exporting geographic data collected in the field.
  • CMMS: synchronising equipment and service requests, returning job reports.
  • CRM and customer relations: creating service requests and tracking their progress.
  • Business intelligence: extracting activity data to your data warehouse or management tool.

Exchanges are defined with your teams when the project is scoped.

G-ordon also queries public reference data, such as the French land registry (IGN) and Géorisques, and sends emails and text messages to customers.

05

Webhooks: your applications kept informed

As an option, G-ordon notifies your applications through webhooks: as soon as a job is created or modified, they receive the information, without having to poll the platform continuously.

06

Your data stays yours

G-ordon is an online service, and your data remains your property. You can export it at any time from the platform, in open formats. At the end of the contract, Agiléo provides a full handover: data in CSV format and photos delivered on a hard drive, on a quotation basis.

Frequently asked questions

Does G-ordon have a connector for our ERP?
Yes, for several tools on the market, as options: ARAVIS and DUNE, ERPs for social landlords, Dolibarr, Microsoft Outlook and SharePoint, Topkapi telemetry and WM-Bus radio and remote meter reading. For other tools, G-ordon relies on the REST API, file imports and exports and webhooks, or on custom development. Show us your tools during a demo.
Is the API documented?
Yes, in OpenAPI format. Exchanges use JSON over HTTPS, with the same permission checks as in the application.
Can we bring over our existing data?
Yes. Data migration goes through imports: CSV, Excel or JSON for jobs and assets, GeoJSON or WKT for geometries.
Do we get our data back at the end of the contract?
Yes. Your data remains your property: you can export it at any time in open formats. At the end of the contract, Agiléo returns everything, data as CSV and photos on a hard drive, on a quotation basis.
