Geolocated addresses, filters by status: nearby visits stand out at a glance.
Each technician's reality
Working hours, breaks and starting point: the route starts where they start.
Suggested routes, as an option
Scheduling assistance suggests an optimised route for each technician.
Guided to the door
On the phone, the technician sees the order of their day and starts GPS navigation.
A good route means less driving, more time with the customer and technicians who finish their day on time. G-ordon puts every job on the map, starts from each technician’s reality and, as an option, suggests routes for you.
From the office to the field, then from the field back to the office.
The map, the starting point of every route
On the map, every job appears in its place: addresses are geolocated, filters by status show what remains to be scheduled, and technicians’ positions are visible.
- Group nearby visits in the same neighbourhood on the same day.
- Fit in an emergency on the way of a technician already in the area.
- Prepare a campaign area by area, batch by batch.
A route based on the team’s reality
Each technician has their own working hours, break and starting point. The day is built from there, not from a theoretical model.
On the schedule, jobs are dragged and dropped into the right slot, in day or week view. The workload chart shows who can still take a visit, and who is already full.
As an option: scheduling assistance
Lots of jobs to allocate? As an option, scheduling assistance suggests an optimised route for each technician, based on the addresses and the team’s constraints.
The planner stays in control: the suggestion can still be changed by drag and drop, like the rest of the schedule. Let’s discuss it during a demo, using your own use cases.
In the field, the simplest way there
The route arrives in the technician’s mobile app: as a list, in a calendar or on the map, in the planned order. One tap starts GPS navigation to the next job.
The schedule is stored on the device: no signal in a rural area or a basement, the day remains viewable and data entry continues. Everything syncs when the network returns.
