G-ordon features
Work order management
Every request becomes a clear job, linked to the right asset
Office entry, file import, API or creation in the field: every request becomes a job linked to its asset and tracked by status.
Book a demo!Every source, one single list
Office entry, file import, API or creation in the field: every request joins the others, with no double entry.
Linked to the asset
Every job targets a site, a building, a home or a piece of equipment, with its visit history.
The right form, automatically
The job type brings its field form and its report template.
Tracked by status
To schedule, scheduled, completed: you know where each request stands, and each batch.
A leak reported by a customer, a batch of visits to schedule, an inspection to repeat every year: with G-ordon, every request becomes a clear job, linked to the right asset and tracked all the way to the report.
One platform: the office and the technicians work from the same information.
All requests arrive in the same place
No more requests scattered between email, a spreadsheet and a notebook. Whatever their origin, work orders join the same list.
- Office entry in a few clicks, for a one-off request or an emergency.
- Bulk import of a CSV, Excel or JSON file for an entire campaign.
- REST API: your information system sends its requests with no manual re-keying.
- Creation in the field: the technician spots a need and creates the job on their own, if their role allows it.
- Recurring jobs scheduled once and for all.
Linked to the right asset
Every job targets an asset: site, building, home, structure, equipment or meter. Its hierarchy, attributes and documents are close at hand, in the office and in the field.
The visit history builds itself: before setting off, the technician knows what has already been done. On site, a barcode, QR code or NFC tag identifies the right equipment without hesitation.
One trade, one form, one report
The job type does all the work: it brings the form the technician will fill in and the report template that will be produced. A new trade is added with no development.
The technician only fills in what concerns them, and the office receives an accurate job report, in your organisation’s format.
Tracked by status, from request to report
Every work order has a status: to schedule, scheduled, completed. Campaigns are tracked batch by batch, and the action history keeps track of who did what.
- Scheduling with the mouse: a job is dragged onto the right technician’s schedule.
- Customers notified: if the job moves, the visit notice is replaced or withdrawn.
- Issues reported from the field, visible in job tracking.
Shaped like your organisation
Divisions, branches, areas, contracts: G-ordon mirrors your structure. Contacts (customers or clients) are linked to jobs, and role-based permissions determine who creates, who schedules and who carries out the work. Everyone sees what concerns them, nothing more.
