Drag, drop, it's scheduled

A job is placed on a technician’s schedule with the mouse, in day or week view.

One or a thousand at a time

Single creation, bulk creation from a file, recurring jobs: everything arrives in the same place.

Customers stay in the loop

A job moved or cancelled? The visit notice and letter are replaced or withdrawn.

The day in their pocket

Each technician finds their schedule in the field app, with or without a signal.

A good schedule means fewer wasted trips, technicians who are neither overloaded nor idle, and customers notified in good time. G-ordon gathers all the work to be done, places it on the schedule in a few moves and sends it to the field.

From the office to the field, then from the field back to the office.

01

All the work to be done, in one place

A one-off request, a visit campaign, an inspection to repeat every year: with G-ordon, everything lands in the same list.

  • Single creation in a few clicks, from the office.
  • Bulk creation by importing a CSV or Excel file, or from your information system through the API.
  • Recurring jobs scheduled once and for all.
  • Campaigns tracked by status: to schedule, scheduled, completed. You know at any time where each batch stands.

02

The schedule is built with the mouse

The visual schedule shows the technicians and their time slots. A job is dragged and dropped onto the right technician, at the right time, in day view or week view. The workload chart shows at a glance who is fully booked and who can still take a visit.

Each technician has their own working hours, breaks and starting point: the schedule starts from the team’s reality. And when a job moves, G-ordon replaces or withdraws the linked visit notice and letters: customers are never notified in error.

03

The map to make decisions

On the map, jobs are displayed with their status filters, addresses are geolocated and technicians’ positions appear. Grouping nearby visits or fitting an emergency into a technician’s route becomes obvious.

Need to go further? As an option, scheduling assistance suggests optimised routes for each technician.

04

The technician knows where to go, and in what order

The schedule goes straight to the field app. The technician chooses their view: list, calendar or map. They start GPS navigation to the next job and, if their role allows it, book an appointment with the customer themselves.

No signal in the cellar or in a rural area? The schedule is stored on the device: the day remains viewable, data entry continues, and everything syncs when the network returns.

Adapted to your organisation

Divisions, branches, areas, contracts: G-ordon mirrors your organisation’s structure, and role-based permissions determine who creates, who schedules and who carries out the work. Scheduled jobs then feed the job reports and the dashboards.

Frequently asked questions

Can jobs be created in bulk?
Yes. Jobs can be created one at a time or in bulk, by importing a CSV, Excel or JSON file, or from your information system through G-ordon’s REST API. Recurring jobs are scheduled once and for all.
What happens to the visit notice when a job is moved?
G-ordon replaces it, or withdraws it if the job is cancelled. Letters linked to the job follow the same path: the customer always receives the right information.
Can technicians see their schedule with no signal?
Yes. The schedule is stored in the field app: list, calendar and map remain viewable in no-signal areas, and data entry syncs when the network returns.
Can technicians book an appointment themselves?
Yes, if their role allows it. Permissions are set by role: everyone sees and does what matches their function.
Is route optimisation included?
Scheduling assistance, which suggests optimised routes, is an option. Let’s discuss it during a demo, using your own use cases.
