The field updates the office

What the technician enters is sent back when the device syncs, with or without a signal on site.

A complete history

Every action is logged: who created, scheduled, completed, and when.

Issues don't go unnoticed

An issue reported in the field reaches the office with its photos.

Where does the campaign stand? Has this morning’s call-out been done? What did the technician see at this customer’s home? With G-ordon, the answer is on screen, without a single phone call. The field updates the office throughout the day.

Technicians work as usual, with or without a signal, and the office receives an accurate job report from the very first entry.

01

Every job has a status, and everyone can see it

To schedule, scheduled, completed: every job has a status shared by the office and the field. The technician moves it forward from the mobile app, and their entries reach the office when the device syncs.

  • Campaigns tracked batch by batch: what remains to be done, what is done.
  • With or without a signal: in no-signal areas, the technician carries on; everything is sent when the network returns.
  • Office-field thread: a question, a clarification, without leaving the job.
02

The day on the map

The map shows jobs with their status filters and technicians’ positions. An emergency comes in? You see who is in the area, and you place it on the schedule in a single move.

03

The history of every job

From request to report, every step is logged. The action history traces the life of the job: creation, scheduling, visit notice, completion, report.

Each asset, for its part, keeps the history of its visits: the technician arriving on site knows what has already been done. Photos, sketches and signature stay attached to the job.

Issues come back from the field

A defect found, an unexpected situation? The technician reports the issue in their job report, with annotated photos as evidence. The office finds it in the tracking view and decides what comes next: a new job, a follow-up, informing the customer.

Dashboards to manage

Dashboards can be read by status, job type, contract, technician and lead time. Need to go further? Data can be exported to Excel or CSV. The details are on the Reports and analytics page.

Frequently asked questions

Yes. The technician moves the job forward from the field app; their entries reach the office as soon as their device syncs. With no signal on site, they keep working, and everything is sent when the network returns.
Can we see where technicians are?
The job map shows technicians’ positions alongside jobs filtered by status.
Do we keep a record of who did what?
Yes. The action history traces the life of every job, and the asset keeps the history of its visits. As for access to the platform, G-ordon Radar provides its traceability.
Can tracking be exported?
Yes. Dashboards are available by status, type, contract, technician and lead time, and data can be exported to Excel or CSV. See Reports and analytics.
