Social landlords and inventory officers

Inspection appointments, optimised, confirmed and tracked

Step by step

What you have just seen

From the home to be inspected to the completed inspection: five steps, and the tenant is kept informed at each one.

  1. Prepare

    Properties arrive every evening

Homes, tenants and upcoming inspections come from the landlord’s software. No re-typing.

  2. Schedule

The right slot, suggested by G-ordon

On the phone with the tenant, the customer advisor picks from the slots that add the least to the route.

  3. Optimise

    Constraints are respected

Hours, breaks, leave and blocked slots are respected, with prep and follow-up time included.

  4. Notify

    The tenant is notified

An SMS confirms the appointment, then reminders go out three days, two days and the day before.

  5. Inspect

    The inspector arrives prepared

Appointments and the home’s history are on the smartphone; the inspection is done on site.

The same process, with your inspections

The film shows a check-out inventory. For you, it might be a pre-departure advice visit, a check-in inventory or a pre-visit. In G-ordon, a trade is a job type, a field form and a report template: they are configured from your documents, with no development.

The form follows the trade, not the other way round.

Frequently asked questions

How does G-ordon choose the slots offered to the tenant?
It compares the inventory officers’ free slots and suggests those that add the fewest kilometres to their route. The customer advisor stays in control: they choose with the tenant, on the phone.
Are the inventory officers' working hours and absences respected?
Yes. Each resource’s working hours, breaks, leave and blocked slots are taken into account, as are preparation time and inspection follow-up time.
When does the tenant receive their text messages?
A confirmation text message goes out as soon as the appointment is booked. Reminders follow three days, two days and the day before the appointment.
What does the inventory officer find on their smartphone?
Their appointments as a list, in a calendar or on the map, the home’s history, then the inspection form to fill in on site, with photos and signature, even with no signal.
Can we see this process with our own organisation?
Yes, that is the whole point of the demo: we start from your sectors, your inspection types and your time constraints, and show you appointment booking with your own use cases. Request a demo.

G-ordon, every day in the field

A platform that runs, every single day

Field teams and back offices rely on it every morning, with or without a network. Here is what that adds up to over a year.

  • 250,000 requests processed per day
  • 90M requests processed per year
  • 20,000+ logins per month
  • 1 in 3 exchanges sent from the field app
  • 70 GB of field data received in one month

Measurements from the logs of the G-ordon production platform, all customers combined, from October 2025 to September 2026. Rounded values. Different users per day: all customer platforms combined.
