Diagnosticians and landlords

Property diagnostics, from project to report

In just over a minute, follow a diagnostics project across an entire estate: the landlord’s property portfolio imported, one task per unit, time slots with calculated capacity, a room-by-room asbestos survey and deliverables ready for the lab and the landlord. This is G-ordon, in action.

Step by step

What you have just seen

From the whole estate to the report for each unit: a project is set up in a few clicks, then runs without anything slipping through.

  1. Organise

A project in a few clicks

Estate, buildings, mission type and domains: a task is generated for each unit.

  2. Schedule

    Time slots and appointments

Days are split into time slots, capacity is calculated, and every appointment is tracked.

  3. Survey

The asbestos survey, room by room

Numbered findings and samples, list A and B assessment grid, photo and plan required.

  4. Combine

    One visit, several diagnostics

Asbestos, lead, gas and electrical in one visit. A visited unit’s description can be reused.

  5. Deliver

    Deliverables, ready for the landlord

Samples exported for the lab, findings, photos and reports. The landlord tracks progress from its portal.

What you gain

Diagnostics campaigns that keep up the pace

What the film shows on one estate, your teams get on every project, whatever its size.

The landlord's portfolio, taken as it is

Estates, buildings and units are imported from the landlord’s files. Each task is generated for the right unit: nobody re-types an address.

Full days, not overloaded ones

Job days are split into time slots and the capacity of each slot is calculated. Remaining places can be seen at a glance, and every appointment with the tenant is tracked.

The same workflow, with your missions

The film follows a project for a landlord. For you, it might be a pre-sale file, a pre-works survey or a campaign across several estates. In G-ordon, a trade is a job type, a field form and a report template: they are configured from your documents, with no development.

The form fits your trade, not the other way round.

What we look at together during the demo

  1. Your property portfolio: importing estates, buildings and units from your clients’ files.
  2. Your projects: mission types, domains, field requirements, and generating tasks unit by unit.
  3. Your field work: the room-by-room survey, samples, the List A and List B grid, working offline.
  4. Your deliverables: the export for the laboratory, your reports produced from your Word templates, and your clients’ tracking portal.

Frequently asked questions

How do you set up a diagnostics project across an entire estate?
You choose the estate and its buildings, the mission type and the domains to cover (asbestos, lead, gas, electrical…), as well as the field requirements, such as a mandatory floor plan or signature. G-ordon then generates a task for each unit concerned.
Are findings and samples numbered?
Yes. Each finding and each sample gets its number in the field app. The diagnostician has no separate list to keep, and the samples are then exported for the laboratory.
Can several diagnostics be carried out in the same visit?
Yes. Asbestos, lead, gas and electrical can be handled in the same visit, each with its own form. And when a unit has already been visited, its description is reused instead of being entered again.
What happens if a photo or the floor plan is missing at closing time?
Closing is blocked until the required items are provided. These requirements are set per project: the office receives complete files, without having to chase the diagnostician.
Can we see this workflow on our own missions?
Yes, that is the whole point of the demo: we start from your mission types, your survey grids and your report templates, and show you the workflow with your own use cases. Request a demo.
