How is G-ordon priced?
G-ordon is a SaaS subscription. The Standard plan starts at €20 excl. VAT per user per month. The Premium plan and the options are quoted according to your scope: number of users, exchanges with your information system, environments required.
What is the difference between Standard and Premium?
Standard covers the whole job cycle: scheduling, offline field app, job reports, Word or PDF reports from your templates with G-ordon Almanach, exports. Premium adds everything that connects G-ordon to your organisation: full REST API, job and staff leave imports, job sequencing and Azure AD sign-in. It also unlocks the advanced options.
Are hosting, updates and support included?
Yes, in every plan. The platform is hosted by Scaleway, with production in France and an emergency backup in the EU. Updates are automatic, and support is provided by the team that develops G-ordon.
Do we need to buy hardware or go through an app store?
No. An Android or iOS smartphone or tablet with an up-to-date browser is all you need: the field app installs straight from the browser.
Are the options mandatory?
No. Options meet specific needs: optimised routes, online portals for your customers, exchanges with your information system, additional environments. Each one is assessed with you and quoted according to your technical constraints.
Can G-ordon exchange data with our software?
Yes. The Premium plan gives access to the full REST API, documented in OpenAPI format. G-ordon can therefore talk to your ERP, your GIS, your CMMS or your CRM. Job and staff leave imports are included in Premium; webhooks and SFTP file exchanges are available as options.
Does our data belong to us?
Yes. The data remains the customer’s property. Export it to Excel or CSV whenever you like; full reversibility, photos included, is available on quotation.
