This page describes the personal data processed by the g-ordon.io website. Data you entrust to the G-ordon application under a contract is processed in accordance with that contract, with Agiléo Solutions acting as a processor (Article 28 of the GDPR).

What data do we collect, and why?
Contact and demo request forms
When you write to us, we receive the information you enter: first name, last name, email address, phone number, company, job title and message.
- Purpose: to reply to your request and, where relevant, prepare a demo or a proposal.
- Legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at your request, and our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us.
- Retention period: 3 years from our last exchange, after which it is deleted.
Audience measurement, only with your consent
If you accept, we measure site traffic with Google Analytics 4, loaded by Google Tag Manager. This tells us which pages are viewed and how people find the site. Without your consent, nothing is loaded, not even a single request to Google.
Videos, with no trackers
The presentation films are hosted by Agiléo Solutions, with Scaleway, in France. They set no cookies and are only downloaded when you start them.
Cookies and trackers
On your first visit, a banner offers you the choice to accept, reject or customise your settings, service by service. Rejecting is as easy as accepting, and you can change your mind at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page.

Your choice is kept for 6 months; the banner is then shown to you again.
The site uses no advertising, no embedded social networks and no ad-tracking tools. The font and icons are served by the site itself, without calling any third-party service. The map on the team page is loaded from Agiléo Solutions’ own servers, without cookies.
Who receives your data?
- The Agiléo Solutions teams responsible for replying to you.
- Our technical service providers, solely as required for the service: Scaleway (site hosting, in France), Cloudflare (site delivery and protection) and, if you have accepted, Google (audience measurement).
Google and Cloudflare are US companies. Any resulting transfers of data to the United States are governed by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
We never sell or rent out your data.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Write to us using the contact form, mentioning “Personal data”, or by post to Agiléo Solutions SAS, 37 B avenue Crampel, 31400 Toulouse, France; we reply within one month.
If you believe your rights are not being respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).
Security
The site is served over HTTPS only. Forms transmit your information encrypted, and only the people who need it have access to it.
