In France

Production in Paris with Scaleway, emergency backup in the EU.

Isolated

A dedicated database per customer; documents and photos kept separate.

Every access is logged, and anomalies are flagged.

Compliant

Agiléo Solutions acts as a processor within the meaning of the GDPR.

Your jobs tell the story of your assets and the people you serve: addresses, photos, signatures, readings. They deserve protection at every stage, from the server that hosts them to the technician’s phone. Here is how G-ordon goes about it.

01

Hosted in France, by a certified hosting provider

The platform is hosted by Scaleway (iliad group), in its Paris region, on a hybrid infrastructure: Elastic Metal dedicated servers and Scaleway Elements cloud services. Backups are kept in Paris, with an emergency copy in the European Union.

Our hosting provider is certified ISO/IEC 27001:2022 for information security and HDS for hosting health data (source: Scaleway). Its data centres run on wind or hydroelectric power, certified by guarantees of origin.

02

One database per customer

Your data is never mixed with another customer’s: each organisation has its own database, and its documents and photos are kept separate.

Within your platform, everyone only sees what their role allows: planner, technician, manager, contractor… Permissions are set up with you during configuration.

03

Every access logged, every anomaly flagged

With G-ordon Radar, included in the offer, every access to your platform is logged: who, when, and to do what. Unusual behaviour is flagged to our teams.

The people who monitor the platform are the people who build it.

Monitoring is carried out by the team that designs G-ordon, with G-ordon Constellation: no middleman between the alert and the people who can deal with it.

04

Encrypted exchanges, from office to field

The website, the office application and the field app communicate over HTTPS only. In the field, job reports entered with no network stay on the device until the connection returns, then make their own way to your platform.

05

GDPR: clear roles

For the data you entrust to G-ordon, you are the controller and Agiléo Solutions acts as a processor, within the meaning of Article 28 of the GDPR, under your contract. Your data stays yours: it can be exported at any time, and a full handover is arranged with you.

Data collected by the g-ordon.io website (forms, audience measurement) is described in our privacy policy.
