G-ordon for your industry
IT field services
Your IT estate, in the field and in the office
Roll-outs, desk moves, on-site fixes, inventories: G-ordon organises the work of your mobile IT teams, from the request to the signed job report.
Physical IT work, properly equipped at last
A ticketing tool handles requests very well. But when a technician has to go on site — install a workstation, move an office, replace a device — you need to organise the route, guide the work on site and bring back proof of what was done. That is G-ordon’s job, and it can work alongside your request management tool through its REST API.
Every device has its record
Workstations, printers, network equipment: every device is an asset, with its attributes, documents and visit history. On site, the technician identifies it by barcode, QR code or NFC tag and instantly finds its record.
Roll-outs and moves, organised in batches
A workstation roll-out or a department move is run as a campaign: the equipment list is imported, split into batches, scheduled, then tracked by status down to the last workstation. Issues — missing hardware, inaccessible office — reach the office without waiting for the final review.
A signed job report for every visit
The technician follows a form suited to each job type, adds photos and has the user sign. They can also create a job on site when they discover an unexpected problem. The job report is produced automatically, and G-ordon Radar keeps a record of who viewed what.
