Asbestos, lead, gas, electrical: G-ordon organises property survey assignments, from the appointment to the report, with room-by-room findings marked on the floor plan.

Your properties, ready before the first appointment

The homes to be surveyed are imported into G-ordon with their address and characteristics. Each assignment — asbestos, lead, gas, electrical — is linked to the right home, and the history of previous surveys remains available.

Time slots that take capacity into account

G-ordon suggests time slots based on each surveyor’s capacity and the time each assignment requires. The schedule is built without overloading anyone, and the office can see at a glance who can still take an appointment.

Room-by-room findings, on the plan

On site, the surveyor draws or completes the floor plan of the home with the G-Plan sketch tool, then records each item room by room. For asbestos, the List A and List B grid guides data entry: item, condition, photos. The app works offline, which matters in cellars and lofts.

A report produced, a client kept informed

At the end of the assignment, the report is produced from your templates, thanks to G-ordon Almanach. The landlord has their own portal to follow the progress of surveys and find the documents: fewer reminders, fewer emails.

Can findings be marked on the floor plan?

Yes. With the G-Plan sketch tool built into the field app, the surveyor records items room by room, directly on the plan, even with no signal.

Can our clients follow the surveys?

Yes. A dedicated portal lets the landlord follow the progress of assignments and find the documents produced.

G-ordon has been designed and developed in Toulouse by Agiléo Solutions since 2018, and runs on French infrastructure.

Production in France

Hosted by Scaleway (iliad group) in its Paris region, on a hybrid infrastructure: Elastic Metal dedicated servers and Scaleway Elements cloud services.

One database per customer

Each customer has its own dedicated database; documents and photos are kept separate.

Backup in the EU

Backups are kept in Paris, with an emergency copy in the European Union.

Self-hosted maps

The OpenStreetMap base map is served from our own servers, as vector tiles.
