G-ordon for your industry

Social landlords

In-house maintenance, check-in/check-out inventories and inspection visits, from the office to the home

G-ordon organises work on a social landlord’s housing stock, from the office to the home, with or without a signal.

The request, linked to the right home

Every G-ordon job is linked to an asset: the estate, the building, the home, the equipment. When a request comes in, the housing officer sees at a glance the home, the tenant and the visit history. A leak coming back for the third time is spotted before the technician is even sent out.

Schedule your in-house team in a few clicks

G-ordon’s schedule shows your in-house technicians, their skills and their availability. The manager places a job in a calendar by drag and drop, and the visit notice goes to the tenant automatically. If the job is moved, the notice follows.

A guided job report, even with no signal

On their phone, the technician follows a guided job report: questions adapt to their answers, they add annotated photos and have the tenant sign. The app works offline, in cellars as well as car parks: everything reaches the office as soon as the network returns.

  • Conditional questions: only the relevant questions are shown.
  • Annotated photos: the defect is shown, not just described.
  • Signature: signatory absent? That case is covered.

Check-in and check-out inventories, from appointment to report

Inventory appointments can arrive every night from your housing management software. G-ordon suggests the slots that add the fewest kilometres to the officer’s day, while respecting time constraints. The tenant receives a confirmation text message, then reminders three days, two days and the day before the appointment: fewer missed appointments, fewer wasted trips.

Estate inspection visits

Your housing stock is organised by group, building and entrance. Recurring visits are generated automatically, and the next one is scheduled from the last visit actually carried out. On site, the area officer fills in a scoring grid, even with no signal; the dashboard then shows the condition of each estate and the points to address.

06

A report in the landlord’s format, and full traceability

At the end of the job, G-ordon produces the report in the landlord’s format, in Word or PDF, thanks to G-ordon Almanach. Every action is logged, and G-ordon Radar tracks access to tenant data: you know who viewed what, and when.

Frequently asked questions

Does G-ordon work in basements and cellars, with no signal?
Yes. The G-ordon field app works offline: technicians view their jobs, fill in their job reports and take photos with no signal. Everything syncs automatically when the connection returns.
Can we use our own job report and document templates?
Yes. Each job type has its own field form and report template, built from your Word documents. The report is produced in the landlord’s format, in Word or PDF.
Can G-ordon exchange data with our housing management software?
G-ordon offers a documented REST API as well as file imports and exports. It can work with your housing management software, for example to receive inventory appointments every night. The exchange method is defined at the start of the project.
Can in-house technicians and contractors use the same tool?
Yes. G-ordon’s roles and permissions let you give access to your in-house teams as well as to contractors, each seeing only what concerns them.
