Every trade has its own methods. G-ordon adapts to them instead of locking them in: a type of assignment is described by three elements — a job type, a field form and a report template. A new trade is therefore added through configuration, with no development, and your teams stay in control of their tool.

Campaigns managed end to end

Renewals, mass inspections, annual visits: a campaign starts with a list of jobs, is scheduled in batches and tracked by status. Issues are handled as they arise, letters go out in bulk, and the final review is exported in one click.

In the field, technicians work as usual

The field app is installed from the browser and works with or without a signal. The technician finds their schedule, is guided through data entry, takes photos and has the customer sign; the office receives an accurate job report from the first entry, with no chasing and no re-keying.

A report in your image, data that is yours

The report is produced from your templates, thanks to G-ordon Almanach. Your data remains your property: it can be exported to Excel or CSV, and G-ordon’s documented REST API can work with your ERP, your CRM or your management tools.

How long does it take to add a new job type?

A new job type is added through configuration in G-ordon’s back office, with no development: you describe its nature, build its field form and attach its report template.

Does G-ordon handle preventive maintenance?

Yes. Recurring jobs are generated automatically according to their frequency, with checklists and scoring grids, and the technician can view previous visits on site.

Can our customers receive a report in their own format?

Yes. The report is produced from your Word templates, in Word or PDF, and delivered without any reworking in the office.

Do we need to install an app on the phones?

The G-ordon field app is installed from the browser of an Android or iOS phone or tablet, without going through an app store. It also works offline.

Your data in France, backed up in the EU

G-ordon has been designed and developed in Toulouse by Agiléo Solutions since 2018, and runs on French infrastructure.

Production in France

Hosted by Scaleway (iliad group) in its Paris region, on a hybrid infrastructure: Elastic Metal dedicated servers and Scaleway Elements cloud services.

One database per customer

Each customer has its own dedicated database; documents and photos are kept separate.

Backup in the EU

Backups are kept in Paris, with an emergency copy in the European Union.

Self-hosted maps

The OpenStreetMap base map is served from our own servers, as vector tiles.
