G-ordon for your industry

Water and sanitation

The network, the meters and sanitation, on a single map

Networks, meters, on-site wastewater treatment inspections, notary requests: G-ordon links every job to the right pipe section, the right meter and the right plot.

The network, a living asset

With G-ordon, the water network imported from the GIS becomes a living asset: pipe sections, valves, service connections and meters are items you work on. A leak is linked to its pipe section, a repair updates the network, and the history of each structure is built up job after job. Telemetry alarms and remote meter reading data can also trigger jobs.

A meter reading campaign, from import to final review

A reading campaign starts with the list of meters, received from the information system or from a simple file, then split into batches. Visit notices go out automatically. As an option, scheduling assistance suggests optimised routes for each meter reader.

In the field, even with no signal, the reader identifies the meter with the camera, enters the reading and takes a photo; G-ordon checks consistency on the spot. A doubtful reading is sent back to the office, where the manager approves it, corrects it or schedules a check. Approved readings go to billing, and the manager exports the campaign review in one click.

  • Meter replacement: the same campaign logic, from batch to final review.
  • Jobs at the customer’s premises: linked to the meter and the address.

On-site wastewater treatment inspections

Periodic or on-request inspections: G-ordon checks the plot against the land registry and rejects duplicates. Each inspection type has its own form. On site, the technician draws the system to scale with the G-Plan sketch tool built into the app. Back at the office, the report template is chosen automatically according to the inspection, thanks to G-ordon Almanach. Data can be exported in GeoJSON in particular; Shapefile export is planned for the end of 2026.

Notary requests, without email back-and-forth

The notary creates an account with their SIRET number (French company ID), then submits their request directly on the land registry map: connection certificate or on-site inspection. G-ordon finds the property in the asset base and pulls in the network data. When the situation is clear, the certificate is produced as a PDF and the notary is notified by email; otherwise, an officer takes over the request. Everyone can follow progress and lead times.

Frequently asked questions

Can G-ordon import our network from the GIS?
Yes. The network is imported as assets: pipe sections, valves, meters. Geometries are imported in GeoJSON or WKT, and the network is updated from the field job after job.
Can meter readers work with no signal?
Yes. The G-ordon field app works offline: meter identification, reading entry, photo and consistency check all happen on site, then everything syncs when the network returns.
Which export formats are available for sanitation inspections?
Reports are produced in Word or PDF, and data can be exported to Excel, CSV and GeoJSON. Shapefile export is planned for the end of 2026.
Can notaries submit their requests themselves?
Yes. The notary portal lets them create an account, submit a request from the land registry map and follow its progress. When the situation is clear, the certificate is produced automatically.

  • 90M requests processed per year
  • 20,000+ logins per month
  • 1 in 3 exchanges sent from the field app
  • 70 GB of field data received in one month

Measurements from the logs of the G-ordon production platform, all customers combined, from October 2025 to September 2026. Rounded values. Different users per day: all customer platforms combined.
