Frequently Asked Questions

Find below the answers to the most frequently asked questions about G-ordon, the French SaaS field service management software.

An FSM (Field Service Management) software is a field intervention management solution that enables planning, assigning, tracking and optimising the work of field technicians. G-ordon is a French SaaS FSM software that centralises the entire intervention cycle: work order creation, drag & drop route planning, real-time GPS tracking, mobile report entry and reporting. Unlike spreadsheet or paper-based management, an FSM software like G-ordon reduces unnecessary travel, improves responsiveness and delivers actionable data to optimise your operations.

G-ordon is designed for all professions requiring field intervention management. Our main clients include social housing organisations (in-house work order management, QualiBail property surveys, residence inspections), water and sanitation services (meter reading, renewal, network interventions), mobile workforce services and on-site IT intervention management. The platform is configurable and adapts to your specific business processes.

Yes. The G-ordon mobile application features a full offline mode. Your technicians can view their intervention list, access asset records, enter reports with photos and signatures, even in areas with no network coverage (basements, rural areas, remote sites). All data synchronises automatically as soon as the connection is restored, with no data loss. This feature is essential for the water industry (underground network interventions) and building maintenance.

G-ordon offers native connectors for industry-specific ERPs: ARAVIS and DUNE (social housing), Dolibarr (open-source ERP/CRM), as well as integrations with Microsoft Outlook (schedule synchronisation) and Microsoft SharePoint. For any other application, G-ordon provides a full REST API enabling real-time or batch data exchange. Our connectors handle report uploads, asset synchronisation and consumables tracking.

All data is hosted in France, exclusively with our partner Scaleway (Iliad Group), in ISO 27001 certified datacentres located in Paris. The infrastructure runs on 100% renewable energy (wind and hydroelectric). The DC5 datacentre uses an adiabatic cooling system with 40% water savings compared to conventional datacentres. G-ordon is GDPR compliant and guarantees the sovereignty of your data on French territory.

G-ordon is offered as a SaaS solution starting from €20 excl. VAT per month per user for the Standard plan. This plan includes scheduling, the mobile application with offline mode, reports, notifications and data export. The Premium plan adds full REST API access, ERP connectors, enhanced backups and Azure AD authentication. Options are available for map-based optimisation, client extranet and AI modules. The standard deployment of G-ordon takes between 2 and 6 weeks depending on the complexity of your organisation and the number of integrations. Our team supports you at every stage: audit of existing processes, application configuration (intervention types, report forms, user permissions), training for planners and field agents, then go-live. Post-deployment support is included to ensure optimal adoption.

Yes. G-ordon includes property survey forms compliant with QualiBail requirements for social housing organisations. The application enables mobile property survey entry with electronic signature, timestamped photos, asset rating and automatic PDF report generation. Data is synchronised with your ERP (ARAVIS, DUNE) for complete traceability of the tenant lifecycle.

G-ordon supports all three reading modes: manual reading in the field with the mobile application, radio reading (WM-Bus) for meters equipped with radio modules, and remote reading for connected meters. The application manages reading campaigns, detects anomalies (reversed index, abnormal consumption) and centralises data for export to your billing system. The geographic optimisation engine reduces kilometres travelled during reading rounds.

G-ordon provides a drag & drop scheduler with calendar, map and timeline views. Planners can assign interventions by drag and drop, visualise workload per technician, and track progress in real time through GPS tracking. The automatic scheduling module (optional) optimises routes by taking into account travel time constraints, technician skills, customer time slots and intervention priorities. Scheduling components are provided by our partner Bryntum.

Yes. The G-ordon AI module (available with the Premium plan) offers automatic text generation for intervention reports, scheduling assistance based on intervention history, and photo validation through object recognition to verify the compliance of completed work. AI settings are now available for all plans.

Yes. G-ordon is a multilingual platform available in French, English, Spanish and Portuguese. The user interface, mobile application and reports are all translated. This feature is included in all plans and enables deploying G-ordon to international teams or subsidiaries abroad.
