Native connectors for industry-specific ERPs
G-ordon has native connectors for the most widely used ERPs in the social housing and water utility sectors:

Documented REST API
For specific integrations, G-ordon exposes a comprehensive and documented REST API. This API allows your technical teams or integrators to read and write data in G-ordon: interventions, technicians, assets, reports, attachments. Authentication is secured by token and exchanges are encrypted via HTTPS.
Microsoft 365 integration
G-ordon integrates with the Microsoft ecosystem to facilitate daily operations:
- Outlook: synchronization of intervention appointments with technicians’ calendars.
- SharePoint: storage and sharing of documents generated by G-ordon (report PDFs, reports).
SFTP exchanges for batch processing
Some information systems operate through file exchanges. G-ordon supports SFTP transfers for batch data import and export: CSV, XML, or JSON files deposited at regular intervals on a secure server.
Bidirectional real-time synchronization
Exchanges between G-ordon and your ERP can operate in real time or in scheduled batch mode, depending on your IT constraints. Synchronization is bidirectional: G-ordon receives work orders and transmits reports, consumption data, and statuses.
