Every status change of an intervention (departure to site, arrival, work start, completion, closure) is automatically reported in G-ordon. The technician simply validates the current step from their mobile application. The scheduler sees progress in real time, without any action on their part.
Automatic notifications via SMS and email
G-ordon sends automatic notifications to the relevant stakeholders at each key stage. The client or tenant can receive an appointment confirmation SMS, a technician arrival notice, then a summary of the completed intervention. The team manager is alerted in case of delay or anomaly. These notifications are configurable by intervention type and by recipient.
Operational dashboards
The scheduler’s home screen displays real-time dashboards: number of interventions for the day, completion rate, overdue interventions, unassigned interventions. These indicators enable activity management throughout the day and immediate corrective decisions.

The system automatically detects abnormal situations: an intervention exceeding its estimated duration, a technician immobilized for too long, an intervention not started despite the scheduled time. Visual and audible alerts notify the scheduler so they can react before the situation deteriorates.
